How ready the business is for its next stage of growth. Where workflow capacity, role concentration, and succession exposure will become expensive before the owner sees them coming.
Where the system landscape works, where it does not, and which gaps will become expensive as the business scales. Findings name the question, the risk, and the suggested owner for remediation.
How work actually moves through the building. The redundancy, friction, and rework that internal teams rarely see from inside the operation.
Independence
Microbyte performs the audit and exits at delivery. No implementation revenue. No software to sell. No follow-on services to anchor recommendations around. Findings name owners as Internal or Specialist. Microbyte is never the owner.
No conflict of interest. By structure, not by promise.
Engagements
Microbyte performs diagnostic engagements only. The firm identifies findings, recommends owners, and exits at delivery. Implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing advisory work are performed by parties the client selects.
Productized Engagement
A four-week diagnostic engagement covering operational workflows, technology systems, and financial reporting. The deliverable is a written audit with findings, severity ratings, and a recommendation owner (Internal or Specialist) for each finding.

A shorter, focused diagnostic scoped to a single operational question, such as a system decision, a margin concern, or a process gap that needs to be understood before capital gets committed.

Two documents that describe how Microbyte thinks about operational readiness and what the audit deliverable looks like in practice. Both are ungated. No email required.
